Michael Hatch - CEO and Founder
With a formal background in electronics and business, Michael Hatch took a keen interest in developing electronic ballast technology in the early 1980’s, just as the industry began to see the advantages of these burgeoning technologies. Michael Hatch founded Hatch Transformers Inc. in 1985 with the goal of developing electronic compact fluorescent ballasts and electronic low voltage transformers for the lighting industry. Through his guidance and leadership, Michael has grown the company into one of the most respected powers supply manufacturers in the industry, all the while maintaining the sensibilities of a responsive and personable small business. After a quarter century in business, Michael continues to serve as the leader and visionary of the Hatch brand, setting the core direction for the company.

Steven Seiavitch - President
Mr. Seiavitch is a graduate of Georgia Institute of Technology with a degree in Industrial Engineering. He has over 35 years of experience in technical sales and management, 18 years of which have been in sales and general management in the power lighting products industry. Throughout his career, Steve has been directly responsible for sales growth through all channels in the lighting industry. Having proven his leadership abilities and sales savvy, Steve joined Hatch as the National Sales Manager in 2001 with the goal of marketing and expanding the new HID product line. His diligence and success led to his promotion to the President of Hatch in 2007. During his tenure, Steve has been instrumental in growing both the size and profile of Hatch in the lighting industry. His responsibilities include providing management and strategic direction for all Hatch global business initiatives.

Daniel I. Garcia - Executive Vice President/CFO
Mr. Garcia received his BSBA in accounting from the University of Florida and has been an active Certified Public Accountant in the state of Florida since 1978. With over 30 years of financial management experience in the distribution, retail and development industries, Dan has spent the last 15 years with Hatch as its primary financial and administrative officer. Since taking over the accounting and financial operations of Hatch, Dan has diligently managed the growth of company. When it comes to dedication and reliability he has no equal, and his continued efforts have played a large role in molding Hatch into the respected company that it is today. His responsibilities include managing all facets of finance, accounting, purchasing and administrative functions. Dan is married with two grown daughters and remains a fanatical supporter of the Gator Nation.

John Fisher - Director of Engineering
Mr. Fisher received his BSEE from the University of Central Florida and also holds an MSEE and MBA from the University of South Florida where he periodically serves as an adjunct faculty member in the college of engineering. His career has been focused on the design and management of electronic products and systems. His experience and expertise spans across the defense, transportation and lighting industries. John has also served on numerous NFPA and ANSI committees during his career. As of 2009, he has been awarded 7 patents in the US. Since joining the Hatch team in 2007, John's responsibilities have come to encompass all technical issues related to the design, development and field performance of Hatch products.

Tracy Mondor - Customer Service Manager
Mrs. Mondor is no stranger to the lighting industry. Having spent the last 11 years as a National Accounts Manager, Lead Customer Service Rep and an Executive Assistant, her main focus is on customer satisfaction. World-class customer service and support have always been the hallmarks of the Hatch brand and Tracy has embraced the responsibility of ensuring that the happiness of our customers remains a top priority. As the Customer Service Manager of Hatch since 2007, Tracy has demonstrated her dedication to leading the customer service team and driving our sales managers to maintain and cultivate new business relationships. Tracy's directive is to develop the continued commitment of Hatch to provide expeditious and professional support and services to all customers.
