| Hatch Transformers Inc. was established in 1985 to design and manufacture state of the art electronic power supplies for the lighting industry. Hatch was the first in the U.S.A to offer Electronic CFL ballasts and was one of only 3 companies manufacturing electronic low voltage transformers at that time. Both CFL and low voltage halogen has grown to be common lighting types over the last 3 decades. The newest and most exciting addition to power lighting products is the Ceramic Metal Halide Lamp. In keeping with our leadership tradition, in 2000 we were very proud to be the first to introduce in the U.S.A. an entire line of miniature resonant start Electronic Metal Halide ballasts. Our Multi Million dollar research and development program earmarked entirely for Electronic HID ballasts is producing sensational results. Hatch continues to introduce new sizes, models, features and benefits pushing us toward our goal to be the number one source in the industry for Electronic HID power supplies.
